I can’t even tell you how disappointed I am about this.

Chris Brown — whom I’d adored for being such a good role model — turned himself into the LAPD late Sunday night and was charged with felony battery after being wanted for domestic violence. The violence may or may not have been against his girlfriend Rihanna — police haven’t confirmed or denied it — but both Chris and Rihanna were scheduled to perform at the Grammys on Sunday and both backed out at the last minute.

Chris made his $50K bail and was released.

I’m just so upset about this. I really thought he was such a good guy and such a good example. And then this shit happens. Very, very disappointing, Chris.

I have talked a lot of shit about Jennifer Hudson’s fiance, I Love New York contestant David Otunga, in the past, but I take it all back. Apparently he has stuck next to Jennifer’s side throughout all she’s been through recently — and he walked the red carpet with her at the Grammys, where she took home the award for Best R&B album.

It takes one hell of a man to support someone through that kind of emotional crisis — to not panic and run — so I give mad props to David, and I’m so grateful that Jennifer has had him throughout all this.

This isn’t absolutely the worst she could have done, but I don’t think it was the right dress for her. It would have been fan-freakin-tastic on a Beyonce, but Leona’s breasts are small compared to her hips, and this dress just emphasizes that asymmetry. If it had been looser around the bottom, or if she had a larger top, it would be stellar, but I don’t think it’s particularly flattering on her body.

I also don’t think it’s the right color of nail polish for the dress and makeup.

Two questions:

1) WTF was Blake Lewis doing at the Grammys?
2) What happened to his face?

I don’t know what happened to the former hottie, but he looks just awful here. I don’t know if he’s been overdoing it on the beer or the Cheetos or what, but this is not a good look for him at all.

Also there, and looking very handsome by comparison, was Justin Guarini. I also don’t know what he was doing at the Grammys, but at least he doesn’t look like he ate Randy Jackson beforehand.

Miz Perry ditched her usual lingerie for this pink flowing (vintage?) number with one hell of a bow.
