Seriously, this is the best she has looked in years. Whatever surgery she has had recently, it seems to have done her some good. The fact she looks sober helps too.

That initial picture looks pretty good, but once you get to the ones that actually involve a flash you see it’s just the work of a whole lotta Proactiv Solution and a magical MUA.

Agree with Beet, she does look pretty, especially her eyes. Being sober probably helps, too.
1) she’s not wearing a ton of makeup
2) she’s not cross-eyed stoned on the substance of her choice

As someone who thinks this woman is damaged goods and ugly on the inside, I can only say…she’s looked worse.

Her face is plastered over with makeup to hide the state of her skin. Her pupils are huge, as Ebomber rightly points out. Her appearance is indisguisably bizarre due to all the plastic surgery. She is quite well-dressed for once but she still looks like a woman who needs an awful lot of help, most of it years ago if it were to have any effect.
Whatever is she doing? Mickey Rourke of course!
