Michelle Obama Graces The Cover Of Vogue

michelleobamavogue

Michelle Obama, photographed by Annie Leibovitz, on the March cover of Vogue.  I’m sure Ann Coulter is having a conniption fit over the Jackie O inspired sleeveless dress.  The First Lady’s dress is by designer Jason Wu, the man responsible for her inaugural ball gown.

  • everything she wears is supposed to be jackie inspired. i think she has a clean, classic look of her own too and the cover is gorgeous!

    • OH,THE COVER IS JUST GORGEOUS, AND SHE JUST GIVES US ALL THE SATANIC HAND SIGNAL TO DIE FOR. MAKES YOU WANT TO SNIFF HER CROTCH AND SELL YOUR SOUL TO lUCIFER FOR THE PRICE OF EVERLASTING MISERY. PLEASE, IF ONLY EVERYONE COULD BE AS PHONEY. REALLY, MAYBE IF WE ALL JUST LIGHT OURSELVES ON FIRE THEN WE COULD FEEL THE RUSH OF HOW PATHETIC EVIL REALLY IS THEN WE COULD GO JOIN THE TRANSEXUAL ORGY IN THE DUMPSTER BEHIND THE CESSPOOL RUNOFF NEXT TO THE DEFLATED SPONGEBOB BLOW-UP DOUBLE HEADED STRAP-ON DOLL IN THE PARKINGLOT AT CARPET WORLD.

  • I love the dress and the way it seems to fit her.

I do not, however, love the shape of her eyebrows. I think it makes her face looks harsh.

  • Is it me, or does her under-bite look weird? Nice looking lady, just looks like she has something in her bottom lip.

  • She has gorgeous skin, the dress looks great on her, her arms look all firm and lovely but I’ve got to say – as much as I adore your new president and first wife, she looks like a horse or a monkey or a combination of the two. Her face is one of the weirdest faces I’ve seen in a long time. Someone already mentioned the eyebrows, but her smile and teeth.. there’s just something really odd about her face. To me she’ll never be a cover girl. She’s amazing and inspiring and I shouldn’t be focusing on the “outer aspects” of Michelle Obama, but whenever I see a picture of her my eyes automatically zoom in on her face and it’s all I can think about.

    • I completely agree with you. Everyone is always saying she is so beautiful and blah blah, but I don’t see it. There is something very harsh about her face. It’s kinda manly and very big like a dinner plate.

Sometimes I think people are just being nice because they don’t want to seem racist or politically incorrect, but let’s face it: Michelle is no beauty. Barrack is better looking than her–even with the ears.

      • why the HELL do people have such a stringent definition of beauty??? people don’t need to look like fucking victoria secret girl to be beautiful. theres of tons of types of beauty, not just “typical” beauty. she’s an attorney, a mom and the first lady of our country. i think it’s safe to say her priorities have been FAR FROM braces to fix her “underbite” or plastic surgery to make her more visually pleasing to YOU STUPID, IGNORANT, JUDGMENTAL CUNTS!

      • i hate to break it to you sweet heart but michelle obama is more baboon looking than anything currently dragging it’s knuckles in africa. the fact is that our zionist controlled media are masters of truth perversion, thereby the chosen people myth, the holocaust myth, the black is beautiful myth etc., etc., etc. my feeling is that if the obama tribe is given enough time it is inevitable that one or more of them will shit in their hand and throw it at a tourist. shalom.

      • My ex-wife and I watched a couple of baboons gettin’ it on at some zoo a number of years back. It was frigging hillarious. I look at the glutes on that baboon-like Michelle and I can’t help but laugh to think of the scene in the WH bedroom. Will this country ever recover from this?

      • there is just not anything pretty about her—i do feel like people are hunting for anything good to say about her–sometimes she even looks scary

      • Well, I did try horse as well. ;) In all seriousness though, obivously I didn’t intend to be racist (didn’t I mention I love her skin?).. The only thing racist is that you apparently associate monkeys with black people. It wasn’t about coming up with something, to me her smile/mouth looks like a horse grin or the smile on a chimpanzee. It has nothing to do with racism, I can mention a couple of white people that reminds me of those animals as well.
I hate how people have to make it about colour simply because the person I was commenting on is in fact black. Had I said the same thing about someone who wasn’t black I can’t imagine it would have caused a similar reaction.

      • Well, I guess I’m too familiar with racism. One of the most pervasive attacks seems to be to compare African-Americans to animals in their appearance, and unfortunately I’ve heard the ‘monkey’ comment many times before. So maybe I’m oversensitive about it.

      • Perhaps I’m generally being to insensitive: slacking celebrities on evil beet has become a second nature to me (we all have our guilty pleasures) and perhaps I should think before I speak every once in a while.. But I assure you that the monkey/horse comment was only directed towards her grin and not the colour of her skin.
I meant no offence to you or to African Americans (or to Michelle Obama for that matter)!
I’m glad you commented, I’d hate it if anybody assumed that my comment was a racial assault and I a racist. I will admit to being a bit of a bitch though, because looking at Michelle Obama’s face, Tara Reids tits and tummy and the likes always gives me the giggles. But hey, we can’t all be perfect! :)

      • I agree that she looks like a monkey, but I also think George Bush looks like a baboon, and Beth Ostrosky (Stern) looks like a horse. Is it only racist when we compare animals–specifically other primates–to African-Americans, or is it a blanket accusation that applies to white comparisons as well?

      • Michelle Obama is an attractive woman who does not have the slightest hint of European blood in her. Some jealous white people may say she’s not attractive, but Black people do not generally consider white people attractive. For instance, you look like the Wicked Witch of the West (or East, I forgot) from the 1930s Wizard of Oz movie. And you are wearing make-up. What would you look like with the make-up off? It is common that white people have said that Black people look like monkeys; but because white people were generally so weird-looking, and highly unattractive if they look purely European, Black people could not come up with an animal that decisively described white people. Europeans who have some African or Asian features like those from countries close to Africa (Italy, Spain, the Balkans), are considered attractive to the world. But a Northern European with blonde hair, and blue eyes with no cosmetic implants, or enhancements are generally thin-lipped hooked nosed, large-eared, ghastly pale, and shape-less; and this is with the average one wearing make-up. Maybe a probiscus monkey could describe the average white person’s face, but that’s a stretch. We are different races. A discerning eye for beauty is needed to cross racial boundaries to see beauty in other races, and you, and these other idiots don’t have this.

      • Jealous white people…ya right!
Your whole fukin racist myth story show how jealous you are! Tired of your black men checking out smoking hot white women?? Ya you know what I’m talking about stop trying to convince yourself of anything but the truth! re-read your flikin comment you flatnosed, big mouth, brilo hair racist asshole!
Ya how do you like it now? ya..

      • Jen: To me comparing Bush to a baboon or Michelle Obama to a monkey is the exact same thing. And neither of the statements are neccesarily racist in the slightest.
The problem is that when such a comment is made – someone comparing an African-American to a monkey – apperantly it is percieved as being a racist comment.
Like you wrote in your first reply to my original comment: “Sometimes I think people are just being nice because they don’t want to seem racist or politically incorrect”. I think that’s the issue in a nutshell.

      • Some people may be expressing their honest opinion that Michelle Obama is attractive. The truth is Black people have been far too nice in expressing our opinions about white people, and they are expecting a kind of reciprocation from white people. So lets go down the list, of people white people consider attractive, and Black people have remained silent so as to be nice, or ‘politically correct.’ Brad Pitt looks like a baboon; Angelina Jolie is a Black wannabe; Jennifer Anniston just looks plain weird; Julia Roberts looks baboonish;and Jonny Depp, the sexiest man alive 2009, along with Orlando Bloom, and Tom Cruise, all look like rats. Black people were just expecting more social graces from our white neighbors since we have been very sparing in our criticims of you all. But its time to stop this. And frankly, I have yet to understand this fascination white people have with blondes, except maybe that blondes are the without-a-doubt European look. Most Blondes have chins that seem to curve upward towards their nose like Reese Witherspoon.

      • I am sorry. You have crossed the line when you talk about Johnny Depp.I do not care about the others ones but leave Johnny out of it LOSER!!!!

      • i hate to break it to you sweet heart but michelle obama is more baboon looking than anything currently dragging it’s knuckles in africa. the fact is that our zionist controlled media are masters of truth perversion, thereby the chosen people myth, the holocaust myth, the black is beautiful myth etc., etc., etc. my feeling is that if the obama tribe is given enough time it is inevitable that one or more of them will shit in their hand and throw it at a tourist. shalom.

    • I agree, I believe she is amazing… However, not a “cover girl” at all! Her mouth is what it is! I’m just saying…..

  • All in all, she looks very nice but I will never think she is pretty. She just isn’t to me. I also don’t think she should be on the cover of Vogue. I long for the days when Vogue featured models on its covers.

    • My thoughts exatcly – she has no place on the cover of a high fashion magazine she runs the risk of not been taking seriously and the cover of a fashion magazine is for high fashion models.

      • Hillary Clinton was a Vogue cover-girl…I think Michelle Obama will be fine
It’s not her best picture but I think she looks like a normal, beautiful woman

  • i know – holy eyebrows and underbite
If she were british, this would be a running joke in north america eg straight out of the big book of british teeth

  • I agree on the underbite issue. It’s less than flattering. But overall, she does look classy and quite lovely. The dress is gorgeous in shape and color. And her arms are awesome!

  • Oh my. Why on Earth are people obsessed with how “beautiful” this woman is? That face is average, at best.

Her arms, on the other hand, look great.

    • anyone who is famous/rich or in a position of power is always declared as beautiful. Take Paris Hiton for instance. Average at best for both of them. Michelle is no beyonce.

  • People, she’s not a damn model. Why the hostility?

She’s an attractive woman, and she looks great in this photo shoot.

  • Please people – can we just honor this amazing woman & not pick her looks apart!!!! She isn’t trying to start a modeling career. I for one am so inspired to have a young, hip & BRILLIANT wife of a President in the White House. At 40 yrs. old this is new for me – just lemme enjoy it!

  • What I find most beautiful about her is the look on her face when she is gazing at her husband. You can tell they adore each other. She is a classy lady.

  • Michelle has fabulous arms! It’s a great cover.
Not every sleeveless sheath dress is “Jackie-O inspired”… what were they called before she wore one??

  • Agreed about the face, but I think she is a beautiful PERSON in many ways and that is maybe why people don’t have a problem applying the term to her even if she’s “no Beyonce” haha.

  • Agreed about the face, but I think she is a beautiful PERSON in many ways and that is maybe why people don’t have a problem applying the term to her even if she’s “no Beyonce” .

  • WHY IS SHE WEARING CLOTHES???

Throw a cloth around her stomach and photograph her naked back.

ISN’T THAT WHAT YOU DO, ANNIE?

    • thats a horribly ignorant comment beet. annie’s an INCREDIBLE talent that had a stellar portfolio decades before miley’s dumbass was born. she was the last person to photograph john lennon HOURS before he was killed and her the book she just published is AMAZING. maybe you should take a break from celebrities every once in a while a take in some culture.

  • Yeah, she has good arms. That’s about it. She has bad posture and a face made for radio. (as they used to say)

  • I think the Obama family is a breath of fresh air.

Good for Michelle taking advantage of being on the cover of a fashion magazine. She better enjoy these opportunities, because the pressure and responsibilities of being in the White House make it essential to enjoy the perks that come with it.

  • ok i’m sorry, but some of these comments about michelle being ugly are seriously over-analyzing her…she’s quite beautiful in my opinion…and no offense, but i’m sure many of you making these comments wouldn’t look half as good on the cover of vogue…i’m just saying…

  • She looks lovely and the colour of the dress suits her very well. Her intelligence always shines through those eyes!

  • Love her and respect her all you want, but this lady is NOT good looking at all. I agree with the horse/monkey face bit from above. I honestly cannot help that it’s the very first thing I think whenever I see her, even in the most flattering of photo’s.

  • not annies best work, but when I saw it I thought “the new Jackie-O”.
I have always wanted a Jackie O to look up to and copy everything she does. Now Instead of “what would betty suarez do?” I can say, “What would Michelle do?”
    hahahahhahahaha
its too early for me to be making reasonable comments!

  • I think she is beautiful. Her face isn’t perfect but it is real. not plastic. She is intelligent, capable, a good Mom, happily married, successful and attractive. She is also the first lady of our country. I admire her and I am very happy Barack won and she is the first lady.

  • sorry she really looks like a monkey!
Not being racist but just observant
She would be a better match to the local zoo rather than ‘fashion’ magazines
shame to VOGUE and other black panther pandering magazines

  • “She” looks like a baboon tranny. Sorry guys but this is FAR from attractive by any stretch of the imagination. The press is blatantly lying here and anyone can clearly see that she looks like a male gorilla. She’s a hulking silverback if I’ve ever seen one. Just look at “her”.

  • for halloween I’m decorating my front yard with a big fat witch with michelle obama’s face .Her face is so ugly, bitter, and scarry enough for halloween.

  • if she isn’t trying to start a modelling career, what the fuck is she doing on vogue? you put yourself on a platform, magazine or not, and you are there to take the criticism. maybe next time, ugly people won’t lie to themselves and put themselves on covers of vogue. come on, people. wake up. anything negative said about her is racist. how about she is just plain ugly? got hit with multiple sticks on the way down the ugly tree? you cannot deny the truth, even if you wish it were otherwise.

  • has she been in a fire???? it looks like some real bad burn damnage… and whats with the messedup teeth looks like shes been whiped with the ugly stick,

  • What an artificial and ugly looking first lady. A total embarassment for America. Everyone knows it and laughs, only media cant say it because they have to be P.C.

  • michelle obama may NOT be the most beautiful person on earth, but she is NOT monkey like. don’t monkeys have blue eyes, green eyes, grey eyes, etc. and don’t monkeys have straight hair and if you shave all that hair off monkeys, you would see pink/white skin? the only reason white people associate black people with monkeys is because the hair on monkeys is brown and black people are brown, for the most part. some of the people posting racist comments about michelle obama are dumb and confuse it’s with its, hyphenate compound words unnecessarily, confuse “loose” and “lose”, etc. and was mamie eisenhower a beauty, or marilyn quayle or ann coulter with her roving eye and witch face, or nicole kidman with her overly white skin and the new lips, or her husband before his nose job. is toby keith cute? or any white person who has celebrated a birthday beyond age forty nine without plastic surgery.
