Despite early rumors that All My Sons couldn’t sell tickets, it played to 98% full houses during its first full week of preview performances, making it the highest-grossing play on Broadway.
Keep in mind that when we say “play” we mean “non-musical.” Successful musicals usually see much higher numbers than plays.
All My Sons brought in $684,002 last week, while Wicked brought in $1.3M, just for comparison.
Regardless: congrats, Katie!

I saw Wicked in the London Apollo, it was outstanding!!
I saw Tellatubbies On Ice in Mobile, Alabamy…. it was outstanding as well!!
