rehearsals for her Broadway debut in Arthur Miller’s All My Sons
wearing oversized faded blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a thin
sweater. But she couldn’t step out without a favourite pair of
designer shoes – her ruby slippers made it seem as if she was
ready for the Wizard of Oz!
