Sorry posting is slow today.
I have a fever. :( So mostly I’m sleeping. I haven’t had an actual fever in a really long time. I forgot how much it sucks. Your whole body tingles and it really just blows. So I’m gonna write a little bit more and then get my ass back to bed and hope this shit is gone by tomorrow.
And by “write” I mean “copy and paste from other articles.”
A federal appeals court on Monday threw out a $550,000 indecency fine against CBS Corp. for the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show that ended with Janet Jackson’s breast-baring “wardrobe malfunction.”
The three-judge panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Federal Communications Commission “acted arbitrarily and capriciously” in issuing the fine for the fleeting image of nudity …
The court found that the FCC deviated from its nearly 30-year practice of fining indecent broadcast programming only when it was so “pervasive as to amount to ‘shock treatment’ for the audience.”
So there you go. Four-and-a-half years later. Justice is swift.
I still don’t believe that this was a mistake. Look back at the tapes, it was so obviously planned.

Anthony, I do think it was a mistake. Justin was suppose to rip the black leather part off but the red bra WASN’T suppose to come off too.
I hope you feel better soon, Beet. I ran a fever for the 1st time in forever too, back in January. It really does suck. Rotate ibuprofen & tylenol every 2-3 hours.

k. so is it odd to anyone else that every time you have a “vacation” of any sort all of a sudden you are too tired or have a broken foot or some other ailment that makes you not post very often? I want to like you more than perez really i do, cause a girl who’s witty and clever down to earth and loves her family is right up my alley, but at the end of the day i can’t play favorites in this gossip game, beet does not stand a chance. I want to be informed, i want more pics and more posts. i want to quench my inane thirst for celbrity juice. it is uber frustrating to log in 3 times yesterday and still see poor miss drew at the top of the blog train. Justin was such a Wuss!! He was as responsible as Janet but he left her out to take all the criticism. I never really liked him but that really did it for me! Little punk!
I was thinking the same thing, Tracey and Fin. Lately, Evil has said that she’s either sick, on vacation or it’s a slow day in Hollywood. It is never a slow day in Hollywood. How about some different celebrities other than young nit wits…what about the big stars?

I don’t want to read more than one blog…I love this one. :) I heard Evil Beet on the radio and was hooked immediately. I just want more variety in star gossip. Throw in some Julia Roberts (more often), Wentworth Miller….
Oh don’t get me wrong, I worship the Beet! I love this page, I’m just saying for the past 6 months its been one thing after another and like ThickMascara says we like our gossip, or why else would we be here! Most jobs you wouldn’t get breaks like this, they wouldn’t have the patience.
