Miss USA Weighs in on Her Tumble

Miss USA Crystle Stewart is talking about her little tumble at the Miss Universe pageant in Vietnam — the second time in a row the contestant from the USA has fallen at the event.

“I think I’m going to have to take some walking classes,” she says. “My dress has beautiful beads on the bottom of it, and I stepped on my gown and they made me slip. It was like I was on Rollerblades. There was no conspiracy or anything. Nobody left marbles on the floor. It was just me … I know I’ll get through it and that there are bigger and better things to come.”

Hopefully no one will try to send her to walking rehab!

  • yes indeedy…..this was bound to happen…….when those cruel judges made the girlies ‘walk’ and ‘chew gum’ at the same time !
    harsh….very harsh !

  • i think vietnam is up to something. 2 years in a row. they probably payed her off to keep her mouth shut.

  • Whatever, she fell, big deal. At least she recovered from it really well and was still really confident. A lot of girls would freak out and/or be really cautious and pitiful for the rest of their walk, but she snapped right back up and strutted her stuff with a big smile on her face. I think that’s worth something.
