I don’t really care about Elizabeth Rohm. In my mind, she’ll always be that chick from Law & Order who couldn’t act her way out of a paper bag. It was painful to watch. And didn’t it turn out, like, in her very last episode, that she was gay? And it was totally random and weird? Not that being gay is weird, just that, like, there were absolutely no signs that she was gay and then they fired her and she was like “This is because I’m gay, isn’t it?” and it was all very strange? Am I making that up?
Anyway.
She had a baby girl on Thursday. Little Easton August Anthony was born at Cedars-Sinai, and both mother and baby are doing well.
Elizabeth and baby-daddy Ron Wooster plan to tie the knot in September, and Easton will be their flower girl. Cuteness.

Congrats to Liz…..She was (and still is) my favorite on L & O reruns. What an amazingly beautiful girl she is….and she can act whether some agree or not. I miss her on the new episodes.
Elizabeth Rohm is a good actress. I wish she were still on Law and Order. I have watched dozens of L&O episodes and no one else has been nearly as good. Wish she were still on.

So, I gather she took a leave from the show to have a baby; and I think that’s great, and she’s a great actress, particualry because she’s mysterious about her sexuality; not flaming left or right, and I think to achieve that is what’s really cool…in any actor/actress. The gay twist definitely made her more popular, in a sense. Unfortunately, that’s the kind of trash that gets people talking, and really ups the ratings. I bet when she comes back, however/whatever, she gets paid MORE! Ha-haah, “You go Girl!”
