The Golden Globes have been canceled, as a direct result of the WGA strike.

Now that he’s on the path to divorce, it looks like Shaquille O’Neal is single and ready to mingle. And by “mingle” I of course mean “have lots of hot sex with random hot chicks.”

Says a driver for the basketball star: “Every time Shaq is in town, I get the call, and let me tell you: He’s got more women leaving his hotel room then any celebrity I’ve ever seen. Every time he stayed at the Marriott in South Beach, he had a blonde or a brunette with him.”

Seriously, you could not pay me enough money to have sex with Shaquille O’Neal. I think we all know why. I mean, have you seen his hands? OUCH!!!

I guess Nicole Kidman has dropped out of her most recent movie, The Reader, which was supposed to start filming later this month.

Sources are saying she dropped out to protect her unborn baby, but Nicole is denying rumors she is pregnant.

Me? I’m on Botox-watch. If Nicole is preggers, she can’t be using Botox. We ran these pics of Nicole a few weeks ago, where she definitely looked like she’d been slacking on the Botox. Now we have a new set of Nicole out at lunch with her friends in Sydney, and it’s hard to get a good view of her eyes, where the difference should be most noticeable, but she definitely looks like she’s back to being the youthful-looking Nicole.

“I went to see Britney at the request of her family, I talked to [her mother] Lynne, I talked to [her father] Jamie, I talked to Bryan, her brother,” McGraw told CBS’s “The Early Show” today. “They were very frustrated that she apparently wasn’t going to be held for a longer period of time.”

Explaining that he has had “a running dialog” with the famous family for over a year, McGraw continued, “Thursday night, the phone rang, and it was Lynne – and she has a very close relationship with my wife, Robin – and, clearly, she was very upset, which you would expect, as any parent would be.”

So I guess Lynne and Jamie-Lynn were going to do Dr. P’s show this week, but have apparently come to their senses and pulled out, mainly at the request of Papa Spears, who was said to have been furious that Dr. Phil was making public statements about Britney’s condition.
