I met my BF when I was 18 – and coincidentally he is 12 years older than me too!
3 years on and we are living together and having the time of our lives.
I think my parents would have been even more worried if I had started seeing a ‘younger’ guy – we all know what they have on their minds!
I hope the public scrutiny doesn’t force them apart – there are always obstacles to overcome in relationships, mostly because of the pressure of other people.
