11:32 a.m.: Britney, in a bright fuschia halter dress and heels, arrives over 90 minutes late to her final chance to give a court-ordered deposition in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline. She is only able to be deposed for approximately 14 minutes.
12:20 p.m.: Brit arrives back home at her gated community, The Summit. Her sons are there for their scheduled visit, as is a court-appointed monitor.
7 p.m.: K-Fed’s security team arrives to pick up boys Sean Preston and Jayden James and bring them back to their father’s house. When there is a delay in releasing the boys, Britney’s assistant, Carla, makes excuses for the pop star. However, it soon becomes clear that there is a problem.
At some point, 2-year-old Sean Preston is removed from the house, leaving only little Jayden inside with his mother.
8 p.m.: The police are notified of a custodial situation at Britney’s house and officers are dispatched to The Summit. But when they arrive, they find that the court-appointed monitor, who has been locked out of the house, is not in possession of the paperwork required to allow them to enter Britney’s house.
9:20 p.m.: K-Fed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan arrives at The Summit with the required paperwork. He and five police cars enter the gated community and drive up to Britney’s house.
10:30 p.m.: More than a dozen police officers, as well as two ambulances and a handful of fire rescue trucks are now on the scene. Sometime before 11 p.m., Britney’s cousin Alli and Brit’s assistant Carla leave the house, leaving Brit alone with Jayden James.
11:45 p.m.: Britney is taken out of her home strapped to a gurney and placed into an ambulance, which is escorted by 13 police cars with sirens blaring to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, arriving at approximately 12:30 a.m. Jayden is brought to the hospital in a separate vehicle.
Since she arrived in the hospital, Britney’s estranged father and her BFF Sam Lutfi have come to visit her.
No sign yet of Mama Spears or Jamie-Lynn.
You know Jamie-Lynn has got to be fuming. We were all trying to figure out how the hell Brit was going to top her sister’s teenage pregnancy. I guess we know now.
Dang, I really am at a loss as to what to say. It’s all fun and games when she’s buying puppies and shit and snorting coke in gas station bathrooms, but when its reported that some how this PSYCHO is left alone with her young son, fucked up on something, and the SWAT team needs to be called.
And why didnt the court monitor defuse this before it got out of hand like that. The second I saw Brit act MORE BIZARRE than usual, I would have been like “Yea Hey Brit Brit, Im gonna go ahead and take the kids to the kitchen and make some double mocha frappacinos, you want one hun?” and then tell those kids to RUN and slip em out a door or window.
Good luck getting a two year old and a one year old to run on command, let alone run on command away from their mommy.
I speak from experience: though the kids may know something is wrong with mommy, they are at an age where they will think it’s their fault. All of this, all the drama and the custody battle, the real losers in this game are the kids. They will grow up, and, unless they get some serious therapy, will become batshit, just like their mother, BECAUSE OF their mother.
They would have wanted to help mommy feel better, not run away and make her more sad.

I want to know why there were so many uneccessery people on the scene, fire trucks and FBI and secret service??? And how did the court monitor find herself locked out of the house? If she is supposed to be monitoring she shouldnt have even found herself outside in the 1st place…unless of course Britney threatened her with a knife or something…man..who knows…I’m tired of trying to figure it out.
I can’t decide whether or not she’s the Ultimate Fame Victim. I mean, those cameras in my business ALL THE FUCKING TIME would probably drive me to lunacy, too, but she ASKS for it. The girl has made very, very bad decisions, and she’s had an audience of millions to judge and observe her every actions. But I sort of get the feeling that she just doesn’t give a fuck. But — and not to sound all Dinaesque about it or anything, because I’m NOT making excuses for the fact that she’s placing her sons in a very shitty and unfair situation — being hounded and hunted for years and years on end would suck. To say the least. I’d be a little cranky, to say the least. But I don’t have 100 MILLION DOLLARS, so you know what? Fuck Britney. Fuck her right where she breathes. I have read a lot of comments on Brit, but she may be famous, but what everyone forgot is she is also HUMAN. Nobody is perfect especially in the situation she is in. Stress does a lot of different things to people, especially when it comes to divorce and your children.And for all those police(not secret agents or F.B.I or SWAT TEAMS) as I have read. I truely believe that the decline of this girls mental state is a combination of things…a.) she never had a childhood, b.) she never had a “normal” family, c.) she’s had to live under a microscope all of her life, d.) her mom was her “friend” more than her “mom” (which seems to be the norm for these girls, ( Paris, Lindsay, etc..), and to top it off, the one person she fell in love with and wanted to have a family with took her for anything he could. Granted the girl lacks common sense but really, hindsight is 20/20. When the world has been saying how he was a no good scumbag who is taking advantage and you don’t believe it until the fog lifts, imagine how bad that hurt. And she realized her children would not have the family she had dreamed of for them… SNAP..there she goes. She needed to be hospitalized.. it should have happened a long time ago. Someone needs to help the girl… the problem there is that she has no one to trust. How do you trust anyone after being through what she’s been through.. and how do you go through this without someone being there for you? first off why was there so many cops and ambulances and fires trucks there? wtf fire trucks? anyway, i think that she probably does have post partum, i mean having 2 children one after the other is very strenuous, i had them 10 years apart and i get very frustrated! lol. anyway, i also think that dickhead kfed is using those kids to get the child support from her, i mean why didn’t he go for shar jacksons kids? cuz she has no money, that’s why. i think that britney is not a bad person and she wouldn’t try to purposely hurt her kids, she is probably very frustrated that her kids got taken away from her, and her being thier mother she thinks that no one has the right to tell her for how long she can see and keep her children. unfortunatly for her she is in the spotlight and everything she does gets put on the front page. Britney what you need to do is get away from everyone and everything for a while, get far away from the papparazzi, see a doctor, pray, go to church, anything to help you get focused on getting your children back.

Can you imagine being under a microscope for all to see? Fame has it’s price and, well, sometimes it is not very pretty. The media loves this stuff and I guess the people do also.
There are times when fame is the foe, look at some of the people who lost their lives because of it. I s.ometimes wonder how many of the ‘little people’ would falter under this pressure.
I feel famous or not we all want to be good…as good as we can. Miss Brit has made some bad decisions but that is pretty easy to do in your early 20’s. I’m glad I did not become internationally famous in my young years, it would have been a disaster. thank God I’m unknown and older. Brit will get better or end up in the rubber room, I am not a fan of hers but I do pray she figures out how many of us have been there at least once in our lives…thank God the cameras were not running when it occured. Good luck Miss Brit,people are there to help you but you MUST help yourself and that will be one of the hardest most memorable things you do, god bless!

I think most of you here are being really harsh on the poor girl! Yes, she has made mistakes, yes she needs some help, but she she is not a psycho, and no-one deserves to be called a freak!! Any kind of mental illness is very hard to deal with no matter how mild or serious! The poor girl just needs to be left alone by the world to get herself back on track. She needs time out to get herself together and recover. Get some counselling to help her deal with everything that has happened. If you look at other child stars you will also notice that Britney is not the only one to have gone completely off the rails and struggled. Look at Macauly Kulkin and Drew Barrymore for example!
Britney just needs to be out of the lime light for a while and getting the help and support she needs to recover. I agree with others that as her husband, K-Fed had a duty to try to help her- not just walk away and very publicly cause her more stress! Did he really think that his actions would make things better? It only made matters worse!

I believe that half her stress comes from Kevin. I would be going insane if the father of my children, my ex-husband who I cared about tried to take my kids away from me. If I was her I would be thinking “How can he do this to me, I gave him money, cars, expensive jewelry, fame (as in connections to poorly attempt a CD). I would be pissed. By trying to get full custody he is making it worse. If she acted like this before they had kids than why would he reproduce with her, I know MONEY! He is a scumbag. This whole thing can only end tragically.
