Looks like Britney’s in for at least a 3-day stay at the hospital, but, after 24 hours of “guarded observation,” she’ll be charged with something I can only imagine is “being fucking crazy in the presence of your damn children.”

And it doesn’t seem like Jayden James was injured — I think he was taken to the hospital as a precaution, because he was locked up in the house with his crazy mother for so long. So that’s some good news.
And just as a heads-up, guys, I’m still way sick today — which may actually be as good a reason as any to get the cops to let me into Cedars-Sinai to hang with Brit — so I’m doing my best to stay on top of all this coverage, but feel free to chime in with your usual funny and witty comments, as I’m in no position to be amusing today. Also if someone would like to come over and unload all the shit I bought at Costco yesterday from my car — especially the Tylenol — that would be awesome.

Silviq–I think her days of pulling it together are long gone. At this point I dont think anyone can really down Kevin, he is atleast stepping up and taking care of their kids while Brit goes crazy. He may have made her appearence a little trailor park’ish but I think the substance abuse and neglecting her children is all on her. I’m a social worker and love doesnt always mean you keep your kids, have to do whats best for them…and her like this…not the best. And if she really wanted them she would atleast try to get her act together…she has had too many chances, shes lucky.
How many chances/possible wake-up-calls has she had in the last six months? They need to just take her kids away and not let her see them for 1 year. That’s what they do with other addicts. Make her earn her visits back, and make it hard.

This girl needs help asap. 1st get her in and keep her in a hospital. Not a rehab clinic put the girl in the hospital. Get the state to order it and keep her there for however long she needs……..not wants………needs. 2nd keep that asshole ex-husband away from her. Get a restraining order if need be. 3rd you can not stop her from seeing the kids….will only make things worse. Strict supervised visits in the hospital only when doctors say she is well enough to see them. 4th keep mom and sis away too. She does not need to be subjected to that little soap opera.
Most importantly diagnose and treat the girl. She has been unstable now for at least 2 years. She’s 26 friggin’ years old!!! She may never be a pop star again but she certainly could and should have every opportunity to be happy again. Ask all media to please back up off out and simply ignore her………would be the best thing for her sanity. Let her be Britney Spears private citizen and not ex pop star.

Jess……….nice language!! Did you read what I wrote? No one is suggesting that things stay status quo. Right now no she shouldn’t be allowed to see kids. I was referring to future and only if mental health is under control. If she refuses to get help or is not forced to get it than ban the girl from kids.(Probably happening in courts now) Now on the other hand if she has in anyway hurt those kids intentionally then you is right she should be stripped of her visitation or any contact ever. Period end of story!!

I think that she had too much to cope with in such a little time: 1.post birth depression; 2. her marriage was ruined; 3.her heart was broken; 4.all that happened in front of the world (most people face such disappointment having only their family and close friends aware of it); 5.papz 24/7; 6.no stable family to support her; 7.then her kids were taken by the man who helped all this happen…I`m not saying that she acts normally, but I understand her and I think that most of you won`t be able to deal with all this misfortune, just like Britney.I wish her luck!
