1. 7 hours to be released from jail is not unusual because you are in until an authority can even SET your bail. Also they usually make them hang out in jail until they are sobered up.
2. She probably has a valid driver’s license in some state, but if you tell the police you reside in CA but don’t have a CA driver’s license, it is a misdemeanor. She will probably get out of this one by showing that she has residences in lots of different states.
3. Drugs will be the interesting one. If pot, no big deal at all. It’s a misdemeanor, but just a straight fine — no possibility of probation or anything else. If she has some pills or better, could be felony city for her.
