Today's Evil Beet Gossip

Okay, Jessica Sierra, You Win. I Care About This Story.

Jessica Sierra Police Report

We haven’t been covering the story of Jessica Sierra around here because I think it’s boring as fuck and I don’t know who could possibly still care about this bitch.

But the little hooker went and offered a cop fellatio — saying “I’ll suck your dick if you don’t take me to jail” — and, when he refused that darling offer, she called him the N-word.

So now I care, because this little bitch deserves to be called out for the racist slut that she is.

So there you have it, folks: Jessica Sierra is a racist, drunk little slut.

  • I can not really defend much here, except to say she is not a racist. She is Hispanic (I know the report says otherwise but she is) and most of her friends are black and Hispanic and she has dated several black men. What she said was out of being an angry drunk who realized too late that going to jail this time would be sending her to jail for a number of years.
I don’t doubt she said, it but she is not a racist. Not that this matters much now but she doesn’t needed the added BS.

  • Oh, but she got the added bs when she fell off whatever wagon she may or may not have been on and went on her D-list tirade. So she def needs the added bs. And just because you belong to an ethnicity doesn’t automatically exclude you from getting the racist tag if you deserve it.

  • maybe she was just trying to promote diversity and cultural understanding with her gifts but have we become too politically correct people

  • who is jessica sierra? i agree somewhat with idolfan, people use the word nigger because they know instantly that it is an insult that will hurt a black person and it is natural for non blacks to think of it as soon as they get mad. but it is so racial specific probably the most used racial slur in america ever. i bet if the cop were white he would have been an a-hole or something else.

  • I love Jessica and HATE that she did this. She seems beyond hope really. The next news item will probably be an obit. I don’t know what to say. This is all incredibly, incredibly wrong and absolutely indefensible except to say she is such a hardcore addict at this point that she can’t possibly be thinking straight about anything. She seems to be truly crazy. I can’t hate the mentally ill, but I do hate, hate, hate the stuff she had done and said. And yet I still feel compassion for her.

  • I think Jessica needs intense counseling, not jail. She is obviously a very confused young woman.

I attended an informal gathering that she was at. Yes, she was drinking beer, along with everyone else. Not once did she get mean or nasty or mouthy. She was very nice to everyone that evening. Either she was on extremely good behaviour that evening, or something has happened to change her.

  • i can’t believe you people saying she’s not a racist and that she needs help and not jail. that slut knows the law broke the law and deserves whatever she gets! it sounds to me like some of you people need help for your own race issues if you think it is acceptable under any circumstances to comment about a person based on their race! she needs to be charged with attempted murder for offering to blow the cop because i’m sure that if he would’ve let her do it he would’ve caught something that would take him out!

  • I’m African-American, and I have to say that I don’t think it’s as big a deal as “one of those n-words” is making it out to be. Ignorance spreads the word (as well as any other slur), become educated and it doesn’t affect you or your mindset as much- take the power out of the word, and it’s not an ” insult that will hurt a black person and it is natural for non blacks to think of it as soon as they get mad.” (kenny)

That said, Jessica has clearly made bad choices in her life, choices that a lot of other people do NOT make, and she should absolutely be punished for her actions and her behavior- all the result of belligerence, I’m guessing.
She doesn’t need counseling, she needs rehab and jail. She solicited herself to a police officer, vomited in the car, and lost her temper in a racial tirade- how many people who have never been on TV would just get counseling for THAT??

  • I’m African-American too and I agree with J 100%. At what point, do you qualify as a racist? At what point are you supposed to be held accountable for your actions? It’s astounding that so many people are supporting her when she clearly did something wrong. You can’t keep making excuses for ignorance. Even worse is that she had dated interracially in the past, so she should have been well aware the impact her words could and did have.

  • This is an old post but just to clarify a few points in it…

She didn’t make a comment to anyone that night based on race. The cop in question was white, not black.

Also, to answer the question about how many people would get counseling and rehab based on the same actions that night, the answer is most actually get off with less time, as is well documented in clerks of courts offices throughout the land. A first time parole violation as a result of a public intoxication misdemeanor – what this case was in spite the unpleasant details – hardly ever results in a jail term as long as the one she essentially got (a month plus in jail and then a year in lockdown rehab). Without the minute bit of celebrity she has, these disturbing arrest details – which are not actually uncommon – would not have made the news or been commented on and she would have gotten an easier sentence though not a better one; she needed a year in rehab and hopefully it has made a real and lasting difference.
