We haven’t heard much from the pop tart in recent days, and now a newspaper in Belgium is reporting she stopped to use a public toilet there. Ha! That’s our Britney!
I am making the assumption that this is Dutch, and I tried to use Babel to translate, and this is what it came up with:

The preceding paragraph is probably the funniest thing that’s ever been on this blog. I mean, that’s not saying much, but every time I read over it I giggle. I have no idea what it means, and if anyone actually speaks the language on that website and would like to translate, I’d be forever indebted. But I get the feeling that Brit and her bodyguards stopped at a pub in Belgium so Britney could pee. I love it.
Why is Britney in Belgium???
I went to an International High School in Belgium (NATO) and although they call it “The Armpit of Europe” this small country is about two hours from Amsterdam. They speak French in the southern regions and Flemish in the north. It’s kinda like Dutch only worse. Did I mention that it was close to Amsterdam?!!!

Actually the translating isn’t that bad. Some words aren’t translated and the grammar is terrible but you get the idea of what was going on.

When the woman got out of the toilet she smiled at the waiter and said ‘thank you’. At this moment the people in the tavern recognised her, it was Britney Spears.””
At first when I heard this, I was thinking: wtf would she be in Belgium for. But it actually makes sense.Like Margo said, you can be in Amsterdam in two hours. Belgium shares borders with France, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany. So it isn’t that strange that she’d pass Belgium, while travelling to France.From where I live, I’m in France in 5 minutes (by foot).

ok… I’m not totally dutch and english speaking… My mothertongue is french. but it should be quite like relevant…

Dutch and Flemish are pretty much the same damn language. DOn’t tell THEM that, though. Per Margo’s remarks, though- if Belgium is the armpit, the Balkans must be the crotch of Europe. Just sayin’!
Flemish is so removed from Dutch that here in the Netherlands, they have to subtitle Belgian television… it’s pretty funny. I’ve picked up just enough Dutch to understand ABSOLUTELY NOTHING if I travel across the border.
and oh, god, now I have to huddle in my house until she’s seen back somewhere safely far, far away from here.
