  • hell, i don’t love her either, but do you think she should have to spend 45 days in a cell like that for something most of you would be suffering less for? did anyone who posted in this category ever have to serve time in a facility? (me neither, but i know better than to celebrate someone’s hell) the judge was a poor judge in character for giving into all of the tabloid hubbub shit regarding her. will anyone know what it’s like to be famous? most of you are fucking idiots. before you celebrate someone’s pain, perhaps they should shove all of you in an individual cell to see if you think taking away one’s autonomy for something many have done (no, i haven’t done that either) is such a good idea. fuck the judge.

  • “do you think she should have to spend 45 days in a cell like that for something most of you would be suffering less for?”

I’m not sure what you mean by this. If I’d gotten pulled over for a DUI and consequently been put on probation and asked by the court to take an alcohol education class, and then several months later was pulled over for driving on a suspended license — thereby violating my probation — and it turned out I hadn’t even registered for the alcohol education class the court had ordered me to take? I’d be going to jail too. So would you. Especially in California, where DUIs are taken very, very seriously. Paris didn’t get special treatment in a bad way. She just didn’t get special treatment in a good way.

  • Whoa! I had to spend TWO days in jail for a DUI and I never broke probation and never will. I may not LIKE the law, but I still abide by it (well now I do) and I also got all my evaluations and crap done on time.

Paris didn’t even HAVE to go to jail when she got her DUI, at least not that I know of. A lot of people do, even if just for a day or two. She knowingly (don’t use her stupid I didn’t know line) drove on a suspended license, probably drunk even though we can’t prove it. Once put on probation you KNOW how long you have go back to jail if you screw up again. You think Paris is getting treated unfair…. if I break probation I go to jail for 90 days. Paris got 45. She can suck it up.

  • Oh BTW… she won’t sit in a cell. Jail and prison are NOT the same. In jail you can roam around the pod and watch tv and play games and hang out with everyone else in your pod. You only go into your room when you want or after lights out.

  • Time for the payback. She did a lot more than this to other people to deserve a very public punishment of humilation.. She exposed them to her bitchy cruelity, entrapment, disease-hell and addictions.

  • So…. Free Paris have you ever had anyone close to you killed by a drunk driver ???? Well I have .. my father ,my heart and soul and I was only 20 years old… he was killed by a man who thought it would be okay to get drunk out of his mind on the job and get behind the wheel …so I have no sympathy for anyone who drives under the influence because you never know what can happen…. in the blink of a eye you can take a life and distroy others… so 45 days in jail is nothing compared to a life time of pain…. How is that for HELL !!!!
